Technical Support Services
All Systems Integration provides comprehensive technical assistance
to participating clients using both Remote and On-Site support.
ASI offers a range of support services to meet varying customer
needs. Participating clients are entitled to ASI Technical Support
and Service on any product that ASI has installed or upgraded.
All Systems Integration offers the following Technical Support
Services:
- Technical Support Contract:
Flexible hourly or prepaid contract options.
- In-house Service:
In-house (at ASI) troubleshooting and repair service.
- Remote Technical Support:
Telephone support and on-line services available through ASI's
website, www.allsystems.com. This plan offers a range of technical
support options -
- ASI Basic
- ASI Plus
- ASI Extended
- Two-Hour Support Call.
- On-Site Service:
On-site Service for all products that ASI has installed or upgraded,
and products that are approved by ASI*. The following options
are available:
- Scheduled On-Site Visits
- Unscheduled On-Site Visits
- ASI Prepaid On-Site Service
- Emergency Response:
Along with traditional service contracts, ASI offers (4) hour
response service.
- *ASI will make the final determination on all equipment
reviewed. ASI reserves the right to decline coverage on any
or all systems.
