Applications Specialist
Description of Duties
- Answer application level questions for customers.
- Research questions, availability of options and new features.
- Partner with internal & external resources to resolve problems.
- Demonstrate dedication to quality customer service.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of and experience with Macintosh OS and prepress applications.
- Experience in providing customer service in helpline environment
or support center.
Skills:
- Technical knowledge of and experience w/desktop environment,
i.e., Intel PC or Macintosh hardware and software.
- Technical knowledge of and experience with electronic mail
systems.
- Demonstrated dedication to quality customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in team environment.
- Strong problem solving skills and decision-making ability.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Superior telephone etiquette and ability to deal effectively
w/all levels of customers.
