prevent it in the future. We have built much of our company's infrastructure
using ASI.
From Prepress workflow to corporate business systems, ASI has
been with us on almost every aspect. I wouldn't have it any other
way. They have bailed me out of system drive failures at 10PM at
night. They have fixed our FTP to firewall issues in one 3 hour
session. They have help us build upon our workflow systems tweaking
every bit of performance out of them; something our competition
only wishes they knew how to do. I've have spent less and got more
with technology than any other vendor I've worked with, we can't
afford not to keep doing business with them.
I continually refer other people and their issues to Steve and
ASI because I know I can trust them not to steer you into something

don't want or can't afford.

"Our experience with ASI has been excellent. They are skilled,
dedicated and extremely knowledgable about all the computer and
prepress issues we contend with every day. From Adobe applications
to Windows confrontations; RIPs, proofs, installations or back-up;
they don't back down. ASI has delt with every issue we've thrown
at them and in every case helped us achieve resolution, or at the
very least, forward progress.
They are very prompt with non-critical tasks, and mission critical
situations always earn an immediate response. We had a hard crash
a while back and lost the whole server. They were on the phone with
me for almost 36 hours straight (on a weekend) getting the server
back up. I don't know what we would have done without their support.
Perhaps the greatest asset they offer is that they will address
*any* problem I have. No more finger pointing. I may still arm wrestle
with various vendors about repair costs, but ASI is there to determine
the root cause of the problems, with out any bias.
I give ASI the highest recommendation of any vendor I've ever worked
