The ASI Approach
What do Tiffany & Co., Quebecor
World, MIT Lincoln Labs and Pride Printing all have in common?
They are some of the varied and distinguished clients of All Systems
Integration (ASI).
Since 1989, ASI founders Ted Vahey and Steve Shinnick and their
competent, dedicated and personable technology team have been
serving the technology integration and workflow requirements of
companies associated with the digital/electronic prepress environment.
Clients have ranged from high-end cataloguers, retailers, large
advertising agencies, and in-plant marketing departments, to commercial
printers, communication companies, and pre-press trade shops.
More than 90% of our clients come to us from
referrals, and many have worked with us for 5-10 years. We
approach each client with the goal to determine what mix of technology
and workflow solutions is appropriate for their needs based on
four main considerations:
- Service: ASI identifies
your company’s service environment and what service goals
are important to you, such as quick turn-around or longer cycle
lead times.
- Production: Based on
a combination of interviews and on-site evaluations, we assess
current and future production environment requirements. We propose
specific needs-based solutions, then teach you how to implement
a system that will optimize your digital workflow.
- Financial: Working
with you, we determine what financial considerations, including
ROI, need to be factored into the integration solution to make
your investment viable. Company financial policy and leasing
options are explored.
- Connectivity: In addition,
ASI views the “whole picture” of your digital environment
and addresses connectivity concerns, such as bandwidth and firewall
security.
Your solution goes beyond components and workflow, so we also
explore your company’s culture, marketing needs, employee
capabilities and business strategies to ensure alterations, additions
or enhancements where appropriate are considered. After viewing
the “whole picture,” we devise a timely phase-in plan
and schedule for deployment of new equipment installation, solutions
deployment and training, as well as project evaluation.
